Mr. Morro currently serves as the Vice President for Facilities Management at Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania. He is responsible for facility planning, design and construction; maintenance of buildings and grounds; custodial services; and environmental safety and health.
His previous experience includes 20 years of facility management as well as planning design and construction management in the US Navy Civil Engineer Corps.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering (Construction Management) from the University of Maryland at College Park.
He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania.
